Court allows Estonian Lottery to continue publishing amounts of expected winnings
BLS Estonia (Glikman & Partners) represents Estonian Lottery in a court dispute regarding the injunction of Consumer Protection Board prohibiting Estonian Lottery to publish the amounts of expected winnings.
On Thursday Tallinn Circuit Court satisfied Estonian Lottery’s application for interim legal protection and permitted Estonian Lottery to continue publishing expected amounts of winnings until the end of litigation proceedings.
Estonian Lottery confirmed to Baltic News Service that it intends to resume publishing amounts of expected winnings.
