Estonian Railways dispute with Spacecom finally over

01.06.2011 / Estonia / Since the Supreme Court denied Spacecom’s application on May 05, 2011, the ruling of Tallinn Circuit Court issued in January 2011 entered into force, thus forcing Spacecom to pay Estonian Railways over 15 million euros. Currently the ruling is already enforced in most part.
